Sorry it’s been quiet the last two weeks here at Down Days. I’ve started a new job and, quite frankly, I’ve come home absolutely exhausted every night. I also don’t have the hour of writing time that I had each morning at my previous job, which was what I usually use to write posts.
Also, I’ve been trying to write more and the next round of edits for The Adventures of Alan Shaw has returned so there’s that to deal with. To be fair, it’s been a lot of fun so I can;t complain. It just takes a lot of time up.
I’ve continued my therapy sessions, discussing my history (that you’ll find in the Down Days ebook) with my counsellor. It has brought up a few things that I want to discuss with you all, but I’d like a little more time to write a proper post about it rather than rushing.
In the meantime, as always, if any of you have your own experiences or things you’d like to share, whether in the form of a post, a poem, or anything else you can come up with, then please feel free to email it to me. Here’s how. I’m still debating whether to post some of my own poems, but I still feel they’re a bit shit, so that may not happen anytime soon 🙂
Anyways, I hope you’re all floating rather than floundering this week. Remember to look at the stars whenever the clouds break.
Thanks for reading.
